Questions shop owners ask
Does it work without internet?
Screens open from a copy saved on the device and keep working through short network drops. Making a bill needs a connection, so the stock check is always real and two counters can’t sell the same piece.
Can I use my barcode scanner?
Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth scanner that types the code works on the billing screen. Camera scanning isn’t available yet.
How do I print bills on a thermal printer?
Choose the compact thermal invoice layout for 58 or 80 mm paper, then share the PDF to your printer’s app. Direct printing from Vastrenix isn’t available yet.
Which devices does it run on?
Android phones and tablets, and any modern browser on a Windows, Mac or Linux computer. One account works on all of them.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is deleted, and you can still open every screen. To keep billing and changing stock, choose a plan and pay with UPI. Your plan starts as soon as we verify the payment.
Can my staff see my profits?
Only if you allow it. A cashier sees billing, shifts and customers. Reports and expenses are for the owner, admin, branch manager and accountant.
